Seeing the Red Sox are my American League team and I am glad he's no longer with the team, I will pray to whatever God would keep Dice-Suck from playing for my favorite team!

I don't see how anyone can possibly be against this move. It's a minor league deal. If he blows who cares the team loses nothing. If he's serviceable, great.
Win-Win for the team.

I have no issues with this, chances are he's going to be much improved in the National lease, especially pitching at Marlins Park...

Could he be a effective reliever?

Give him a cheap Major League Deal and just cut him if he sucks. Your paying 15 million for Reyes bell and guillen to not work for you, why not add a bit more on top.
Could he be a effective reliever?
This seems like a fine idea. His velocity has been dropping since 2007, but I mean i'm sure he has 2 decent pitches?
I wonder why he doesn't just go back to Japan and play there over taking a minor league deal here

Three! The Marlins have had 3 players born in Korea, why does everyone forget about Tommy Phelps?
